She followed it with \u201cIndian Heart\u201d in February 2026, a romantic single that explores themes of belonging, cultural identity and emotional connection through the experiences of travel and human relationships.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"675\" src=\"https:\/\/thedeccanmessenger.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/PNN-12-11.jpg\" alt=\"Ushashree\" class=\"wp-image-116653\"><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Born in Kharagpur, West Bengal,\u00a0Ushashree\u00a0completed her schooling in Odisha before pursuing higher education in Bengaluru and Hyderabad. She later moved to Toronto, Canada, where she received training in Western Classical and Jazz vocals. During her stay in Canada, she conducted vocal workshops and performed at venues across downtown Toronto, where she developed a musical style that combines jazz techniques with rock influences.<\/p>\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">According to the label, production of the Bengali-language project is currently underway, with recording and post-production in progress.
